When Dawn and Dusk met over a cup of coffee…
\nDawn was brightly dressed in shades of ochre and vermilion.
\nDusk had earthy hues and blazing red in its garb.<\/p>\n
Dawn was bubbling in anticipation…chirpy and full of zeal.
\nDusk in contrast was calm and poised
\n…practising the pause.<\/p>\n
Hope shone in the eyes of Dawn
\nwhile peace breathed in and out of Dusk.<\/p>\n
Energetic and fresh, Dawn lifted the cup,
\nAnd Dusk poured in experiences of the day.<\/p>\n
Zestful dawn wouldn\u2019t stop talking …
\nAnd Dusk listened quietly…comfortingly.<\/p>\n
In my garden, I watched them come and I saw them go
\nBoth made my leaves shine, that much I know
\nComforted and relaxed I admired them both.
\nThe rise is charming, I thought…and the fall is beautiful too…where there is dawn there is dusk too…both inevitable …both part and parcel of life.
\nBoth will come and both will go.
