To be able to think freely

To be able to think freely to reproduce form through colour, lines and images in your own unique way and not as a mere physical replication of the visible, is a virtue of art that needs to be inculcated, and valued as it somehow trains the intellectual and aesthetic faculties (as a consequence of recognition of form, design, harmony of colours), leading to the next level where a vision masters the art of seeing, feeling and expressing. This vision when taken inwards, leads to revelation of truth of things and higher knowledge of Self and later the Universe or of the Absolute.
